Internet Explorer & Maxthon Web Browser
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in browser:
- Click the Tools button from the command bar of your Internet Explorer web browser and select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Security tab from the window that appears.
- Click the Internet icon from the list of zones.
- Press the Custom level... button from the lower part of that window.
- In the next window that appears, scroll down to the Scripting options group.
- Under Active scripting, click the radio button next to the Enable option and click OK to close this window.
- Finally, click OK or Apply in the Internet Options window.
Mozilla Firefox Web Browser
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in browser:
- Click the Tools button from the menu bar of your Firefox web browser and select Options... from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Content tab from the window that appears.
- Check the Enable JavaScript option and click OK to save the changes and close the Options window.
Google Chrome Web Browser
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in browser:
- Click the Wrench button from the top-right corner of your Google Chrome web browser and select Options.
- Select the Under the Bonnet tab from the window that appears.
- Press the Content settings... button and select JavaScript from the left pane of the window that appears.
- Click the radio button next to the option that says Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and close the Content Settings window.
- Finally, close the Google Chrome Options window as well – this will save the changes you made.
Safari Web Browser
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in browser:
- Click the Cogwheel button from the top-right corner of your Safari web browser and select Preferences....
- Go to the Security tab from the window that appears.
- Check the Enable JavaScript option and close the Security window.
Opera Web Browser
Follow these steps to enable JavaScript in browser:
- Click the Menu button from the top-left corner of your Opera web browser.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, point your mouse cursor to Settings... > Quick Preferences.
- Make sure the Enable JavaScript option is checked.
